We’re hiring an experienced Conveyor Technician to join our growing team in Lubbock, TX. This is a short-term opportunity with the potential to become a long-term role for the right candidate. Work begins as soon as next week.

$38/hr starting pay, negotiable based on experience

10-hour days, Monday through Friday

Local candidates only – no per diem or travel available
Scope of Work Includes:

Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair conveyor systems in warehouse environment

Perform preventative maintenance and facility repair tasks
-
Troubleshoot issues with rollers, motors, lacing belts, PLCs, and VFDs
-
Minor mechanical adjustments and bolt-up work
-
Read blueprints and technical diagrams as needed

Utilize mobile apps for work orders, time tracking, and customer sign-offs

Ensure all work meets safety standards and procedures
Requirements:

2–3+ years of hands-on conveyor experience

Must be tech-friendly and comfortable using smartphones for all job functions

Must pass background check, 9-panel drug screen, and MVR (required for future company vehicle use)

Strong communication and customer service skills

OSHA training preferred

Lead experience is a plus
